According to the Secretariat of the Mashhad International Festival of Urban Arts, Seyed Mehdi Hojjat, one of the prominent Iranian architects and experts in Islamic architecture, Taher Sheikh al-Hokamaei, a famous Iranian sculptor and author, Seyed Nizamuddin Emamifar, Secretary of the New Arts Department of Fajr Visual Arts Festival, Alireza Sheikhi, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Tehran University of Arts, Abdolhamid Ghadirian, one of the country’s most famous set designers and master of Islamic Revolution paintings, Effat al-Sadat Afzal Tusi, professor of modern media and graphic designers, along with Seyed Mojtaba Mousavi, one of the prominent sculpture masters, will be members of the jury for Mashhad International Festival of Urban Arts
